Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans along the way?

Yes, both ways and at any time. Moving up to Plus takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated.

Will my launch price go up?

No. The price you sign up at stays yours for as long as the subscription is active, even once the 100 places are taken.

Is there a commitment?

None. Cancel in one click, no notice period. On a yearly plan, the subscription runs to its renewal date.

How are users counted?

One opens one seat. Plus opens three, with Manager and Team member roles, then €10 / month excl. VAT per extra seat.

Is the AI data entry charged separately?

No, it comes with both plans. Nothing is saved without your approval.

And if I stop?

You leave with everything: recipes, sheets, history, as PDF and spreadsheet. Your data is hosted in France.
