Production sheet

Your bakery's production sheet, calculated and ready to print

With BreadUp, you add the day's recipes and the number of pieces to make. The software works out the scaling for each ingredient, the starter and the dough weight, then prints a clear sheet for the bakehouse. Your productions are saved and can be reused.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions bakers ask us most often.

What is a bakery production sheet?

It is the document that shows, for one day, the recipes to make, the dough quantities and the weight of each ingredient. BreadUp builds it from your recipes and the quantities you enter.

How do you calculate the dough quantity for a production?

Multiply the number of pieces by the dough piece weight, then add the losses. BreadUp does this for every recipe and splits the total weight across the ingredients according to the recipe's proportions.

Can I print the production sheet?

Yes, as a PDF, for one day or for a period of several days. The sheet can also be viewed on a tablet, without printing it.

Can I reuse a production from one day to the next?

Yes. Each production is saved with a name and a date. You reload it, edit it or duplicate it, and you mark the ones you make often as favourites.

Does BreadUp work on the bakehouse tablet?

Yes. BreadUp runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. Nothing to install.
