How it works

  1. Step 1

    Create or import

Type in your recipe, start from a BreadUp recipe or import your own from a photo.

  2. Step 2

    Adjust

Doughs, inclusions, starter, formats: the recipe recalculates with every change.

  3. Step 3

    Use it everywhere

The recipe feeds your production sheets, your costing and your labels.

How do you create a bakery technical sheet?

A technical sheet lists the ingredients, their quantities and proportions, the steps and the cost of the recipe. In BreadUp, you type in or import the recipe: the cost, the ratios and the printable sheet are produced automatically.

Can I import my existing recipes?

Yes, from a photo, a text or dictation. BreadUp recognises the ingredients, quantities and steps, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

How many recipes can I create?

As many as you like: recipes are unlimited on both plans.

Can I take my recipes with me if I leave BreadUp?

Yes. You leave with everything, as PDF and spreadsheet. Your data is hosted in France.

Does BreadUp offer ready-to-use recipes?

Yes. A catalogue of validated BreadUp recipes gives you a starting point, which you adapt to your bakehouse.
