The whole team on the same recipes, each with their own rights

With the Plus plan, you invite your staff into BreadUp by email. Each person gets a role (Manager, Production, Recipes and ingredients, Sales or Read only) that you adjust module by module, to view or to edit. You also decide who sees prices, costs and margins. Everyone works on your bakery's data.

    They join your team

    They create their access from the email they receive and work on your bakery's data.

How many users can use BreadUp?

The One plan is designed for one user. The Plus plan includes three users, and you can add more.

Can a member of staff see my margins?

Only if you decide so. The "See prices, costs and margins" setting hides this data in recipes, orders, printouts and dashboards.

How do I invite a team member?

In Settings, Team, click "Add a member", enter their email and choose a role. They receive an invitation to create their access.

What does a read-only member of staff see?

The modules you open to them, without being able to edit them. A message lets them know.

Can I remove an access?

Yes. You deactivate or delete an access at any time from Settings, Team.
